Conditions for refunds

If you do not receive your order or if it arrives damaged or missing, you may qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the medication must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Please contact and make arrangement for the medication to be returned within 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund process

  • When returning goods, please use a reputable delivery service to ensure your order arrives safely back with us.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your order, we will either issue an exchange or a refund.
  • No more than one tablet must have been taken.
  • We will use our discretion to determine whether to issue a full or partial refund.
  • Please note that we cannot issue a refund if you submit incorrect details regarding personal information such as physical address.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours if you realise that you have made a mistake when submitting your personal information.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund is late or missing, first check your bank account again to confirm. If you still have not received it, contact our customer care department via our contact us page. Keep in mind, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or received.
